TRAVEL ITINERARY FAQ

Q. How much time in advance before my trip do you require??

A. The current processing time for itinerary orders for 2-3 day trips is 2 weeks. For trips 4 days or more, the current processing time is 3 weeks. After your order has been processed, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep via USPS standard shipping.

Q. I’ve coordinated plans on my own, can you still help with parts of my journey?

A. It would be our pleasure. Please disclose them in our Intake Form to make sure they are properly incorporated into your journey.

 

Q. Is there an option to view my itinerary digitally?

A. Yes, in addition to receiving your itinerary in the form of a magazine keepsake, you will also receive a digital version that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. You will receive the link to your digital itinerary once your order has delivered.

 

Q. Do you make restaurant reservations?

A. Yes, we make restaurant reservations on your behalf for restaurants that allow reservations and do not require credit card information to hold the reservation. If there is a specific restaurant you are seeking which require credit card information our team will be in contact to acquire the secure details. 

 

Q. Do you book hotels & flights?

A. We can book hotels on your behalf with inside however we do not book flights. 

 

Q. Deb, What if one of your recommendations on my Grand Experience does not truly meet my standard?

A. Each place which is recommended has been vetted to the best of my abilities taking multiple factors into consideration. Having a background in Hospitality & Tourism while also working with high caliber clients, exceptional service and quality is a must. However I understand not all things are seen equal. Which is why we conduct our Discovery Call & Travel Experience Form to match you with your standard. I’d be glad to offer you a credit towards your next customized journey experience.

Q. Traveling with you is an EXPERIENCE all on its own I’d LOVE to be part of. Would you be open to have people travel with you?

A. Yes, Currently we offer two options - Either through our Lifestyle Experiences or our Ventures with Deb group journeys. 

Q. Which destinations do you cover?

A. We cover 70+ top destinations all around the world. 

Q. Where do you ship?

A. Currently we only offer domestic shipping in the United States.

Q. Can I track my shipping?

A. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping information.

Q. How long will it take me to receive my Journey Box in the mail?

A. The current processing time for itinerary orders for 2-3 day trips is 2 weeks. For trips 4 days or more, the current processing time is 3 weeks. After your order has been processed, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep via USPS standard shipping.

Q. Do you accept returns/cancelations?

A. Due to the customized nature of our itineraries, we do not accept any returns after 24 hours of placing your order. Any order cancellations are required within 24 hours after placing your itinerary order and you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. Our Itinerary are $100 per day of travel, per group (up to 8 people). The first itinerary magazine & Journey Box is included. If you'd like to share the Journey Box Experience with your fellow Discoverers - each additional box is $75. 

Q. Do I pay upfront?

A. Yes, payment is due in full at the time you place your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also choose Affirm & PayPal.
